Mod Podge, Fabric & a Matte Board...

Sometimes I just want to liven up the matte board around the pictures in my frames, don't you? Well I found some funky fabric and grabbed my mod podge and went to town.
1. Gather all tools 2. Brushed on MP all over the matte 3. Placed the matte MP down on my fabric 4. Trimmed inside edges with exacto 5. Let dry 6. Paint a frame and let dry 7. Place in frame with picture - TADA! :)

note: I did cut & fold my fabric over because I wanted no white edge showing, but it will work fine the other way, I'm just a bit picky ;)
