My version consisted of lightly drawing a heart with a pencil, then cut up 1 inch strips of red tissue paper, bunched them up and glued them into the heart. I then grabbed an old frame with no glass (how convenient) and TADA!!

Tissue Heart Art
I got inspiration from http://somedaycrafts.blogspot.com/2010/01/framed-ruffly-heart.html for this lovely door hanging.
My version consisted of lightly drawing a heart with a pencil, then cut up 1 inch strips of red tissue paper, bunched them up and glued them into the heart. I then grabbed an old frame with no glass (how convenient) and TADA!!
