Nick made me this mantel from extra wood we had in the garage! Though we have yet to lower it and stain it a dark brown, we were in need of somewhere to hang the stockings and place other decor quickly, so, this was a great quick fix! Can't wait to finish it! :) Oh and don't mind the light fixture - this is something we are ever looking to resolve and can't wait to paint the walls!
