Rhubarb Confiture

Rhubarb Confiture
2 cups Rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
On low heat, bring to a boil while stirring. Tada!
Spread on toast or scoop on top of a homemade biscuit and add icecream like the photo! YUMMMM!!

* you can do this with apples as well!
