Making Butter in a Mason Jar!
I got the pleasure to make butter from fresh cream from my Aunt's cow! Yummmm....
Here's how to make it...
Butter in a Mason Jar:
What you Need - A Sanitized Mason Jar; Heavy Cream at Room Temp; 10 min's; Arms & Hands
Place the Room Temperature Heavy Cream in the Sanitized Mason Jar. Cover tightly and Shake for 10-15 min's! Pour out remaining liquid and place butter in a container and cover. Refrigerate! ENJOY!!!
After I made this butter in the morning, I got to milk the cow early evening! What an experience!
