Yummmm.... I loved this concoction when Nick and I lived in Providence and would head off to Tortilla Flats on Hope Street. Frito Pie!
It is traditionally made in a small frito bag that has been cut open... layer fritos, chili, cheese, sour cream, and scallions and DIG IN! We make it once in a while with Hormels Chili with Beans...and last night was one of those times, minus the scallions... I didn't want to go all the way to the garden at 11 o'clock at night! ;)
